I was fortunate enough to get press in the UK The Times and The Sun Newspapers as well as viral media about my time spent with Michael Matsen (see previous post here) designing on his bald head. It was great fun doing the design and was deserved exposure for turning something that people may see on the surface as a negative but turning it in a positive part of life with my art.

I was privileged enough to be chosen by Art Below to be displayed as part of their New Orleans show in line with Mardis Gras. It ran throughout February and brought together international and local artists to enhance the city’s unique landscape with colour during that time of year. Enjoy the pictures below.

I was emailed various months ago by a lovely lady called Lani who has a 11 year old son with alopecia both of who loved my head designs. I happened to be in San Francisco last week where they lived and offered to do his favourite design of mine on his head. As you can see much fun was had and this was the final outcome. He went to school like that the next day. The principle apparently loved it! Be inspired :)

Find the images from the exhibition ‘Headism’. After 5 years it was a truly special moment in my life to have an official show of my best designs. I would never have thought that in 2006 it would have developed this far. It just shows you should believe in your passion, creativity and dreams of what you want to achieve.
